1. How do I get a V.I.P membership? Go to the top of the home page and enter the V.I.P lounge to register for premium membership. You will get an access code that you can use to unlock all my locked channels and apply to order fulfillments for discounts.

2. What happens to my infomation? I use all customers details to lock in a secure database vault, moderated by artificial intelligent chatbots that operate in a systematic programme, to track your analytics and provide you with the best customer experience available.

3. How do I enter the free giveaways? Only V.I.P members can participate in my free giveaways. To become a V.I.P member please complete the V.I.P membership form to automatically register for my free giveaways or you can sign up to my rewards programme for a shortcut to free giveaway tickets and entries.

4. How do i request help? Go to my website and on the top of my homepage you can request help or apply for a V.I.P membership.

5. How do i check the status of my applications? All existing and new customers will recieve automated email updates and provided with important information about results to each application completed.

6. How do i redeem my shop points to spent my store credit? Members will recieve coupons and codes according to their “ rewards programme” progress. To check your account and available rewards, members must login to their account they used to sign up to my rewards programme to check their status.

7. How do i advertise my services or products on the website homepage? Only V.I.P members can advertise or promote their business on my website. Instructions are provided to members.

8. How do I participate in auctions? Please register for all auctions by completing a V.I.P membership form. You will receive a catalogue of items available and invitations to customer help forums.
